What we'll cover:
- The engagement itself: NAICS selection, capability statement development, contract vehicle strategy (GSA Schedule, SEWP, CIO-SP3, agency-specific BPAs), and 12-month capture cadence design
- Your specific goals: which agencies, which service lines, which vehicles you want evaluated and pursued
- Timeline: standard delivery is 3-6 weeks depending on scope, with weekly working sessions and a final capture plan handoff
- Investment: pricing depends on scope, we'll land on a number on this call
- What I need from you to start: typically an intake form, access to existing materials (current capability statement if any, prior proposal work, target opportunity list), and one 90-minute kickoff call
