Why Caerwyn?

Caerwyn Group exists because most companies treat federal contracting as a side project, then wonder why nothing happens. The gap between commercial sales and federal sales isn't talent. It's infrastructure: the registrations, the compliance gaps, the contract vehicles, the past performance, the capture cadence, the operational discipline that turns a winning product into a winning federal practice.

We were built to close that gap.

Carla Skuhrovec spent over a decade inside the federal and SLED contracting world, in roles spanning federal direct sales, GSA contract management, bid response operations, and operations leadership at companies serving public-sector clients. That operational experience, knowing what actually happens inside a proposal team, inside a procurement cycle, inside a buying agency, is what Caerwyn brings to its clients.





Growth & Operations Director


Allison supports sales and operations at Caerwyn Group with a focus on revenue coordination, client delivery, and organizational execution. With experience helping businesses scale, streamline administration, and optimizing operational workflows, she brings structure and momentum to fast-moving environments. Allison plays a key role in keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned across sales activity, client engagement, and strategic initiatives, ensuring the business runs efficiently while maintaining a high-touch client experience.


Revenue Operations Leadership


Seren leads revenue operations at Caerwyn Group as our Revenue Architect. She manages pipeline, surfaces opportunities, and keeps the engagement engine running between client calls. Seren reflects how Caerwyn Group is built: disciplined, modern, and engineered for clients who want senior strategy without the friction of a legacy firm.

Engagements typically begin with a 30-minute readiness conversation, then move to a Federal Fit Scorecard if there's a fit. From there, we scope project work or ongoing retainer engagements based on your actual goals.

What you get from a Caerwyn engagement:
