Bring whatever you know about your federal goals (or don't, that's fine too). I'll  come prepared with research on your company, your funding stage, and the specific federal contracting vehicles and mandates that align with what you do.

What we'll cover:

  • Where you are today: federal footprint, SAM registration, past performance, contracting infrastructure
  • Where the realistic opportunity is: which agencies buy what you build, what the procurement timeline actually looks like, what it would take to win the first  contract
  • What your next 90 days should look like if federal is going to be a meaningful revenue line
You'll leave with a written summary of the call, three concrete next steps, and an  honest read on whether the federal market is worth your time right now. If it isn't, I'll tell you. No pressure to continue working together.

This is a 30-minute scoping call for the Capture & Capability Strategy engagement.

Capture & Capability Strategy is a 3-6 week engagement that builds the operational and positioning infrastructure you need to compete for federal contracts. This call is where we scope it, what's in your version, what it costs, and how fast we can start.

What we'll cover:

  • The engagement itself: NAICS selection, capability statement development, contract vehicle strategy (GSA Schedule, SEWP, CIO-SP3, agency-specific BPAs), and 12-month capture cadence design
  • Your specific goals: which agencies, which service lines, which vehicles you want evaluated and pursued
  • Timeline: standard delivery is 3-6 weeks depending on scope, with weekly working sessions and a final capture plan handoff
  • Investment: pricing depends on scope, we'll land on a number on this call
  • What I need from you to start: typically an intake form, access to existing materials (current capability statement if any, prior proposal work, target opportunity list), and one 90-minute kickoff call

Best for companies that have completed a Federal Fit Scorecard or already know the federal market is right for them, and need the strategic infrastructure to compete.

By the end of the call you'll know exactly what you're getting (a capture plan, a polished capability statement tailored by agency, contract vehicle recommendations with effort estimates, and a 12-month outreach cadence), when you're getting it, and what it costs.
